Board members are encouraged to participate in on-going development opportunities that address the needs of the individual Board member on a topical basis.

- Legislative Meetings
- State convention and regional meetings of IASB
- National School Board Association Convention
- State institutes and conferences
- ABLE (Academy of Board Learning Experiences)
