Special Board Meeting Minutes
December 27, 2024

The Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont Community School District Board of Directors met at the District Office on Friday, December 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. for a special board meeting.

Visitors in Attendance: none.

Call to Order:
Vice President Glenn called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Roll call: Ed Glenn, present; Eric Klyn, absent; Brianne Batterson, absent; Micah Van Mersbergen, present via Zoom; Tom Judy, present via phone; Tyrone Lobberecht, present; and Curt Houk, absent. Quorum established.

Approve Agenda:
Judy moved, and Lobberecht seconded, to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.

Action Items:
Lobberecht moved, and Van Mersbergen seconded, to approve the Iowa Safety Grant Purchases:

Motion carried unanimously. 

Adjournment:
Lobberecht moved, and Judy seconded, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 10:03 a.m.
